This gambrel cape style home in Dedham, Massachusetts received an extensive addition by Chris Arena Contracting LLC. The project included expanding the back of the house with a family room leading to a screen porch downstairs. Family room amenities included hardwood floors, french doors to the porch, vaulted ceilings and custom built in shelving and cabinets. The screen porch was treated to a stone floor which was continued outside to bluestone steps and patio. The existing kitchen was totally remodeled with new cherry cabinets, granite countertops and updated appliances.
